Based in East Sussex, I offer bespoke spiritual and energy healing both in person and distant healing, alongside individual sessions in shamanic healing, sound healing, crystal healing and Reiki.

Whether you are navigating a period of change, experiencing emotional challenges, seeking greater balance, exploring personal growth or looking to reconnect with yourself, healing can offer a supportive space for reflection, restoration and transformation.

People come to healing sessions for many different reasons. Some are seeking rest, relaxation and a greater sense of wellbeing, whilst others are navigating more complex life experiences such as relationship breakdown, grief and loss, childhood experiences, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, overwhelm or a loss of confidence and direction.

 

With over 30 years of experience supporting wellbeing, alongside my professional background in Social Care, I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space in which you can pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself. My work recognises that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about supporting you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom, resilience and potential.

Every person's journey is unique. Some people are drawn to a specific healing modality such as Crystal Healing, Reiki or Shamanic Healing, whilst others prefer a more bespoke approach.
