Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a gentle yet effective form of energy healing that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing. As a trained Reiki practitioner within the traditional Usui lineage, founded by Mikao Usui, I offer professional Reiki treatments designed to help restore balance across the physical, emotional and mental body. Reiki works by supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal. During periods of prolonged stress, anxiety, illness or emotional strain, the nervous system can become overstimulated. A Reiki session encourages the body to shift from “fight or flight” into a restorative state, allowing repair, clarity and calm to emerge. Who Can Benefit from Reiki? Reiki healing is suitable for all ages and can be supportive if you are experiencing: Stress or anxiety Difficulty sleeping Mental overwhelm Emotional fatigue Recovery from illness or surgery Hormonal imbalance General burnout or depletion It is also beneficial as preventative wellbeing support, helping to maintain equilibrium before stress builds. What Happens During a Reiki Treatment? During your Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and comfortably supported. Gentle hand placements are offered lightly on or just above the body. The treatment is non-invasive and deeply relaxing. One-Off Reiki Sessions or Ongoing Support Reiki can be highly effective as a one-off treatment during times of stress, transition or illness. Many clients choose to book regular Reiki sessions every 4–6 weeks to maintain nervous system regulation and ongoing wellbeing. Regular energy healing can help prevent stress from accumulating and support long-term balance. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** 1. **1:1 and 2:1 Healing and Training Sessions and Telephone Consultations for Land and Home Healing**: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you are required to make a payment on the day of your session, please honor this cancellation policy. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. **Land and Home Healing (On-Site Visits)**: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 3. **Workshops and Mini-Retreats**: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 4 weeks before the workshop date and, if paid in full, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. 4. **Sound Healing Meditation or Shamanic/Sound Healing Group Sessions**: These sessions, whether taken individually or in combination, are non-refundable. However, you have the option to gift the session to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of this change at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
