Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return eligible goods. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. Refunds will be made to the original payment method once the returned item has been received. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours where possible, including photographs where appropriate.
