What to Expect Your session begins with a gentle consultation to understand where you are in your life and what you would like support with. You will then lie fully clothed on a treatment couch and be guided into a relaxed, meditative state. Carefully selected crystals are placed on or around your body, creating a structured energetic grid that supports rebalancing and coherence.
