I'm a spiritual healer, shamanic and sound practitioner based in the heart of East Sussex, with over 35 years of experience. I offer spiritual healing, shamanic healing, sound healing, land and home healing, alongside holistic massage and nurturing facial rituals.
I create handcrafted vibrational essences and offer group sound healing, Full Moon Circles, workshops in shamanic journeying and crystal healing, and Sanctuary of Authenticity Days.
Life can ask a great deal of us. You may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or disconnected from yourself, your relationships or the places you call home. Whatever you are navigating, sometimes all you need is a little space to pause, feel supported and find your way back to yourself.
I’m Elizabeth (Min) Peterken, the heart behind Heart & Home Healing. For over 35 years, I have devoted my work to supporting people through life’s challenges, changes and moments of transformation. My lifelong relationship with nature and Spirit, together with my experience in therapy, healing and bodywork, has shaped an intuitive and deeply personal approach to all that I do. Through gentle yet powerful healing, the nurturing power of conscious touch through massage and facial rituals, sound, shamanic practice, geomancy and divination, I support people, homes and land in finding their way towards greater harmony, balance and connection. What matters most to me is that you feel genuinely welcomed, heard and cared for — with the time and space to reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Healing, for me, has never been about fixing what is broken. I believe we each carry an innate wisdom, resilience and capacity for healing, even when life makes those qualities difficult to recognise. My work is about creating the space together in which those qualities can be gently rediscovered.
Based in East Sussex, United Kingdom, I offer services to clients locally, nationally and around the world. I am a fully insured practitioner.

Over the years, I have created a collection of Vibrational Essences to gently support wellbeing, balance and vitality. Drawing on the subtle energies of crystals and the wisdom of nature, these handcrafted vibrational essences are designed to support the qualities that already exist within us, helping us reconnect with calm, confidence, resilience and inner balance during life's more challenging moments.
