We invite you to join us as we embrace the energies of warmth and nourishment as we head towards springtime. This season symbolises new beginnings and rejuvenation, making it an ideal time to connect deeply with our emotions and contemplate our intentions. Together, we will gather warmth in our bodies and spirits, unfolding our energies as we approach spring. During this transformative period, we will honor the beauty and power of nature as it unfolds around us. Let us come together to reflect, release, and empower ourselves as we step into this vibrant season of growth and possibility. Trine's passion for Iyengar yoga inspires her to combine her love of water with a holistic approach to teaching swimming. These two essential disciplines can help you connect with yourself and gain a deeper understanding of your surroundings. Trine will guide you through a 90-minute yoga practice, followed by quiet contemplation, intention setting, and journaling. This will lead into a 90-minute wave of sound healing, deepening our intentions for the spring energies and providing much-needed healing. Elizabeth, an expert in spiritual, shamanic, and sound healing, will continue your journey with a guided meditation. In this session, you will arrive at a place of stillness while being bathed in the sound frequencies of Himalayan bowls, healing energies, ocean drums, and Koshi chimes. The Wild Pharma will provide bespoke teas to support our morning journey. You will also receive an essence of "balance" from Heart and Home Healing (Elizabeth Peterken) to continue your healing process. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** 1. **1:1 and 2:1 Healing and Training Sessions and Telephone Consultations for Land and Home Healing**: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you are required to make a payment on the day of your session, please honor this cancellation policy. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. **Land and Home Healing (On-Site Visits)**: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 3. **Workshops and Mini-Retreats**: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 4 weeks before the workshop date and, if paid in full, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. 4. **Sound Healing Meditation or Shamanic/Sound Healing Group Sessions**: These sessions, whether taken individually or in combination, are non-refundable. However, you have the option to gift the session to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of this change at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
