About Elizabeth Grace Peterken (Min)
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the connection between people, nature, healing and spirit. My work today is the culmination of a lifelong journey of learning, experience and a deep respect for the wisdom that exists within both the natural world and ourselves.

My interest in healing began long before I undertook any formal training. I grew up in a family where healing, spirituality and a deep connection to nature were part of everyday life. My mother ran astrology and spiritual development circles, and I spent many hours sitting in circle, listening, learning and absorbing the wisdom that was shared. These early experiences nurtured a lifelong fascination with healing, personal growth and the relationship between people, nature, spirit and our ancesters. Looking back, my path feels less like a conscious career choice and more like a natural continuation of something that has always been woven through my life and family story.

Throughout my life, I have been fascinated by what helps people heal, grow and reconnect with themselves. This curiosity led me to explore a wide range of healing traditions, spiritual practices and therapeutic approaches, while also pursuing a professional career dedicated to supporting others through life's challenges. My professional journey began in Social Care, where I spent many years supporting individuals and families through some of life's most complex and challenging circumstances. This work taught me the importance of listening deeply, meeting people where they are and recognising the strength, resilience and wisdom that exists within every person.

Alongside my professional career, I continued to study and practise a variety of healing modalities, deepening my understanding of the relationship between mind, body, spirit, environment and wellbeing. Over time, these different paths naturally came together, allowing me to create an approach that honours both the practical realities of everyday life and the more subtle dimensions of our experience.

At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: healing is not about fixing what is broken. Rather, it is about reconnecting with the wisdom, resilience and wholeness that already exist within us. Whether I am working with an individual, a family, a home, a business or a piece of land, my intention remains the same: to support balance, harmony, connection and wellbeing.
My Philosophy
Rooted in Sacred Spirit,
Rooted in Ancestral Lands,
Rooted in Mother Nature,
Rooted in Universal Energies, and
Rooted in the Human Experience.

These words reflect the heart of my work and the values that guide everything I do. I believe that we are deeply connected to the natural world, to the places we inhabit and to the experiences that shape our lives. When we feel disconnected from ourselves, our environment or our sense of purpose, life can feel more challenging. Healing often begins by gently restoring those connections and creating space for greater balance, understanding and wellbeing.

My work honours both the practical realities of everyday life and the more subtle dimensions of our experience, recognising that wellbeing is influenced by our relationships, our environment, our life experiences and our connection to something greater than ourselves.
