These sessions are luxurious and intimate; a beautiful practice to share with family and friends. We begin our journey with a bespoke hand-blended tea to help us move into a restful space before we settle onto supportive body mats, fluffy blankets, buckwheat pillows and bolsters to support your head, neck and knees. You will be guided with a bespoke meditation before we gently move into the Sound Healing session. Sound Healing stimulates the brain to make changes that increase our abilities in the following areas: * stress reduction through deep relaxation and endorphin release. * liberates and heals emotional traumas locked within the subconscious. * promotes deeper sleep. * aura cleansing/auric alignment. * chakra balancing. * detoxification down to cellular and "bone-deep" levels. * synchronisation of the right and left hemispheres of the brain. * increased learning ability/levels of concentration. * management of learning issues, attention deficit disorder, autism. * deepened meditative states/achievement of the "relaxation response" effortlessly. * breakthrough of limiting behaviour patterns and past emotional traumas. * relief from headaches, fatigue, insomnia, digestive disorders, joint and muscle aches, menstrual disorders, emotional imbalances, etc. Every cell in our bodies is aware of perfect rhythm since we are all nourished by the life-sustaining rhythms of breath and heartbeat. Using Sound Therapy (Vibrational Therapy) creates sympathetic sound waves in every cell; transformation happens at this cellular level, as our bodies are more than 70% water, and each vibration ripples through our bodies, creating relaxation and re-balancing, similar to the ripples that are created when we throw a stone into water. The Tibetan Bowls create a sound frequency that supports our brains to move into a meditative state where we can heal, align and return to our intuitive understanding, stepping aside from ourselves allows us to listen to our bodies truly. This Theta brainwave stage (meditative stage) resonates at the same frequency as the earth's frequency. This is also why I am passionate about land and home healing (see page), to keep our frequencies vibrating at their optimum. Woven into these sessions are the beautiful sounds from the ocean drum and Koshi Chimes both uplifting and gentle. Mileage is charged at 45p mile and invoiced separately.
