Request to book — dates are arranged personally to allow for travel and set-up. These private sound healing sessions are luxurious, intimate and deeply restorative — a beautiful experience to share with family or close friends in the comfort of your own home. Created for small groups of up to six people, I bring everything needed to transform your space into a private sound healing sanctuary. Supportive body mats, fluffy blankets, buckwheat pillows, bolsters and eye pillows are all provided, so there is nothing for you to organise except the people you would like to gather with. We begin gently with a bespoke hand-blended herbal tea, allowing time to arrive, settle and step away from the pace of everyday life. Once everyone is comfortable, I guide you through a meditation before moving into an immersive private sound bath. Working primarily with Himalayan singing bowls, alongside the beautiful tones of Koshi chimes and ocean drum, layers of sound and vibration move through the space, inviting the mind to quieten and the body to soften. Sound can offer a powerful pathway into deep relaxation and meditative states. People may experience a sense of grounding, emotional spaciousness, stillness, greater connection with themselves or simply the pleasure of being able to stop and receive. Every experience is individual, and there is nothing you need to achieve. My approach to sound healing is rooted in more than 30 years of healing and spiritual practice. Each gathering is intuitively held with care and intention, creating space for rest, reconnection and a deeper awareness of yourself. Afterwards, there is time to gently return, enjoy your tea and simply be together before the evening comes to a close. A Private Sound Bath at Home can be a beautiful way to celebrate a birthday, mark a transition, gather friends or family, or simply create an evening of wellbeing and deep rest without needing to travel anywhere. Available for private groups of up to six people in East Sussex. Travel outside my local area is charged separately at 45p per mile and invoiced after booking. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** 1. **1:1 and 2:1 Healing and Training Sessions and Telephone Consultations for Land and Home Healing**: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you are required to make a payment on the day of your session, please honor this cancellation policy. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. **Land and Home Healing (On-Site Visits)**: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 3. **Workshops and Mini-Retreats**: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 4 weeks before the workshop date and, if paid in full, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. 4. **Sound Healing Meditation or Shamanic/Sound Healing Group Sessions**: These sessions, whether taken individually or in combination, are non-refundable. However, you have the option to gift the session to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of this change at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
