Service Description
Sometimes we need somewhere quiet where nothing is expected of us. My 1:1 private sound healing sessions offer dedicated time and space to step away from everyday demands, settle deeply and simply receive. Working primarily with Himalayan singing bowls, alongside chimes and other therapeutic instruments, the session is gently shaped around you and what feels most supportive on the day. You do not need any previous experience of sound healing or meditation. You will be invited to lie comfortably while layers of therapeutic sound and vibration create an immersive space for rest and reconnection. A private session can be particularly supportive if you prefer not to attend groups, are feeling tired or overwhelmed, or simply long for uninterrupted time to pause and reconnect with yourself. My approach is gentle, intuitive and informed by more than 30 years of healing and spiritual practice. There is nothing you need to achieve and no particular way you need to feel — simply come as you are.
Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** 1. **1:1 and 2:1 Healing and Training Sessions and Telephone Consultations for Land and Home Healing**: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you are required to make a payment on the day of your session, please honor this cancellation policy. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. **Land and Home Healing (On-Site Visits)**: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 3. **Workshops and Mini-Retreats**: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 4 weeks before the workshop date and, if paid in full, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. 4. **Sound Healing Meditation or Shamanic/Sound Healing Group Sessions**: These sessions, whether taken individually or in combination, are non-refundable. However, you have the option to gift the session to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of this change at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
