Ceremonial Dreaming & Sound Healing Join us for an evening of reflection, insight and healing as we gather in a safe and nurturing space for a Ceremonial Dreaming and Sound Healing experience. These evenings weave together guided dreaming journeys, shamanic drumming and therapeutic sound healing, creating an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, your inner wisdom and the healing support available to you. Throughout the evening, you will be gently guided through two dreaming journeys supported by the steady rhythm of the drum. Drawing on shamanic practices that have been used across cultures for thousands of years, these journeys invite you to enter a relaxed and receptive state of awareness where you can explore questions, receive insight and connect more deeply with your own consciousness and spiritual guidance. Each gathering is centred around intention and reflection, offering an opportunity to explore questions such as: • What do I need at this time? • What am I ready to release? • What would I like to invite into my life? The dreaming journeys provide space to listen, reflect and receive guidance in a way that is personal and meaningful to each individual. The second part of the evening is devoted to a deeply restorative sound healing journey using Himalayan singing bowls. Within many healing traditions, sound is understood as a bridge between the physical and the energetic, helping us to soften, receive and integrate. As the bowls' vibrations move through the body, they create space for deep rest while supporting the healing, wisdom and intentions that have emerged through the dreaming work. For many, this part of the evening becomes an opportunity to receive healing from Spirit, reconnect with a deeper sense of self and allow the insights from the journeys to settle gently into body, mind and heart. Each gathering is unique. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, guidance, renewal or simply a quiet space to reconnect with yourself, you will be warmly welcomed. No previous experience is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to help you relax, such as a blanket, cushion or eye mask. We look forward to sharing this sacred and restorative experience with you.

Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** 1. **1:1 and 2:1 Healing and Training Sessions and Telephone Consultations for Land and Home Healing**: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you are required to make a payment on the day of your session, please honor this cancellation policy. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. **Land and Home Healing (On-Site Visits)**: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 3. **Workshops and Mini-Retreats**: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 4 weeks before the workshop date and, if paid in full, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. 4. **Sound Healing Meditation or Shamanic/Sound Healing Group Sessions**: These sessions, whether taken individually or in combination, are non-refundable. However, you have the option to gift the session to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of this change at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
