Service Description

During winter, we can deepen our spiritual connections through meditation, rest, and reflection on new ideas and developments for the upcoming year. This cycle is mirrored in nature; although the surface of the earth appears barren in this dark season, seeds lie dormant beneath the soil, ready for germination. This process of dying back plays a crucial role in replenishing the earth's nutrients, setting the stage for vibrant new growth ahead. As we approach Imbolc, the days grow longer, signalling that winter is loosening its grip. The first shoots emerge from the soil, heralding the arrival of spring. Imbolc is a time of empowerment associated with St. Brigid, the goddess of healing, inspiration, poetry, and the patroness of blacksmiths and metalworkers. It is said that St. Brigid breathes fire over the lands as she awakens new growth in preparation for spring. As we come together to embrace this new growth, we hold love for ourselves, our ancestors, and our spirit guides, collectively enhancing the healing experience for one another. In doing so, we create a sacred space to dream, seek guidance and receive healing for our onward journey. After our dreams, we will nestle into a warm and comfortable space, surrounded by the healing sounds and vibrations of the Himalayan bowls. This allows us to fully embrace the opportunity for relaxation, connect to our spiritual allies to receive much-needed healing and if feeling drawn work with the powerful energies of crystals to enhance our healing experience. We will also share a bespoke tea from The Wild Pharma to support our evening together.
