Rowana, our expert guide, will lead us through QiGong, working with the breath, movement, and awareness to deeply relax and release stress, tightness, and tension held in the body. We will realign ourselves to the rhythm of life with fluidity and ease, cultivating vitality and immunity as we drop into the depths of spring. Remember, we are all connected through an ocean of energy (Qi) to each other, nature, the earth, and the universe. The energy of our heart is connection. Elizabeth, an expert in Spiritual, Shamanic and Sound healing, will continue your journey with a guided meditation, focused on the depths of springtime. You will move into a space of relaxation as you are bathed in the sound frequencies from the Himalayan bowls and healing energies, ocean drum, and Koshi chimes. The Wild Pharma will provide a bespoke tea to support our morning journey. This community event is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** 1. **1:1 and 2:1 Healing and Training Sessions and Telephone Consultations for Land and Home Healing**: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you are required to make a payment on the day of your session, please honor this cancellation policy. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. **Land and Home Healing (On-Site Visits)**: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 3. **Workshops and Mini-Retreats**: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 4 weeks before the workshop date and, if paid in full, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. 4. **Sound Healing Meditation or Shamanic/Sound Healing Group Sessions**: These sessions, whether taken individually or in combination, are non-refundable. However, you have the option to gift the session to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of this change at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
