Rowana, our expert guide, will lead us through QiGong, working with the breath, movement, and awareness to deeply relax and release stress, tightness, and tension held in the body. We will realign ourselves to the rhythm of life with fluidity and ease, cultivating vitality and immunity as we drop into the depths of spring. Remember, we are all connected through an ocean of energy (Qi) to each other, nature, the earth, and the universe. The energy of our heart is connection. Elizabeth, an expert in Spiritual, Shamanic and Sound healing, will continue your journey with a guided meditation, focused on the depths of springtime. You will move into a space of relaxation as you are bathed in the sound frequencies from the Himalayan bowls and healing energies, ocean drum, and Koshi chimes. The Wild Pharma will provide a bespoke tea to support our morning journey. This community event is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience. The cancellation policy is as follows: - * 1:1 Personal Healing Sessions and telephone consultations for Land and Home Healing) can be cancelled for up to 48 hours. IF CANCELLED WITHIN THESE TIMES 50% of your appointment cost will be charged - THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. REMINDERS WITH FULL ADDRESS DETAILS AND INFORMATION ARE SENT OUT A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE IS DUE * Land and Home Healing (on-site visits) need 2 weeks' cancellation notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. * Workshops and mini retreats (non-refundable 25 % booking deposit) Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the workshop date - 75% refund. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the workshop date - 50% refund. Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the workshop date - 25% refund. * Sound Healing Meditation Groups are non-refundable, however you can gift this to another person to attend in your absence.
