Service Description
A cocoon of touch, sound and vibration — wrapping around you as the body softens, the breath deepens and, for a little while, the outside world begins to fall away. There are times when rest alone doesn't feel quite enough. When the body is tired from holding tension, the mind has forgotten how to become quiet, or life has simply become too full. This is an invitation to stop. To be held rather than to keep holding. Heart & Home Body & Sound Resonance is an unhurried two-hour treatment where intuitive therapeutic massage, deeper bodywork, aromatherapy and Himalayan singing bowls are woven together into one deeply restorative experience. There is no prescribed massage sequence. I listen to the body and work intuitively — using deeper, more focused massage where tension needs attention, and slower, flowing touch where the body needs softness and space to unwind. Aromatherapy oils are chosen for you, adding warmth, scent and another sensory layer to the ritual. Sound is woven through the treatment rather than added at the end. Himalayan singing bowls are played on and around the body, creating layers of tone, physical vibration and resonance that can be both heard and felt. Massage softens through touch. Sound surrounds. Vibration moves through the body. Gradually the breath can deepen, the mind quieten and the body settle into a deeper state of rest. Touch. Sound. Vibration. Stillness. At times the massage becomes deeper and more focused; at others, sound and stillness become the dominant layer. Together they create a warm, comforting cocoon — a space where you do not need to achieve, explain or respond to anything. When the treatment comes to an end, there is no rush. You remain warm and wrapped while everything settles, before slowly returning with a nurturing herbal tea. You will also receive a Heart & Home Balance Vibrational Essence to take home. This isn't a massage followed by a sound bath. It is one continuous, immersive ceremony of touch, sound and vibration — created around you, offering space to soften, reconnect and celebrate the very essence of who you are. Two-hour treatment + approximately 30 minutes to arrive, rest and integrate.
Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** 1. **1:1 and 2:1 Healing and Training Sessions and Telephone Consultations for Land and Home Healing**: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you are required to make a payment on the day of your session, please honor this cancellation policy. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. **Land and Home Healing (On-Site Visits)**: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 3. **Workshops and Mini-Retreats**: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 4 weeks before the workshop date and, if paid in full, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. 4. **Sound Healing Meditation or Shamanic/Sound Healing Group Sessions**: These sessions, whether taken individually or in combination, are non-refundable. However, you have the option to gift the session to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of this change at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
