The cancellation policy is as follows: - * 1:1 Personal Healing Sessions and Telephone Consultations for Land and Home Healing) can be cancelled for up to 48 hours. IF CANCELLED WITHIN THESE TIMES, 50% of your appointment cost will be charged. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. REMINDERS WITH FULL ADDRESS DETAILS AND INFORMATION ARE SENT OUT A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE IS DUE * Land and Home Healing (on-site visits) need 2 weeks' cancellation notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. * Workshops and mini-retreats (non-refundable 50% booking deposit). Cancellation refunds of 50% are available if you cancel up to 4 weeks before the event. * Sound Healing Meditation Groups are non-refundable, however, you can gift this to another person to attend in your absence.
