Service Description
The Ancient Art of Sound Healing is an incredibly powerful and transformative practice that, when combined with an intention for healing, can bring about profound changes that affect us on every level. The Tibetan Bowls produce a sound frequency that supports our brains to move into a meditative state, where we can heal, align, and return to our intuitive understanding. Sound therapy is a restorative vibrational therapy that allows you to lie down and immerse yourself in a state of pure relaxation while being bathed in the sound waves that create healing and balance. Sound Healing has been found to stimulate the brain and induce changes that can lead to an increase in our abilities in various areas. These areas include stress reduction through deep relaxation and endorphin release, liberation and healing of emotional traumas that are locked within the subconscious, profound effect on acupuncture meridians, activation of self-healing mechanisms within the body, promotion of deeper sleep, aura cleansing and auric alignment, chakra balancing, detoxification down to cellular and "bone-deep" levels, synchronization of the right and left hemispheres of the brain, and an increase in overall energy levels. Using Sound Therapy creates sympathetic sound waves in every cell of our bodies, and given that every cell in our bodies is aware of perfect rhythm since we are all nourished by the life-sustaining rhythms of breath and heartbeat, it is no surprise that the effects of Sound Therapy are so profound. Our bodies are more than 70% water, and each vibration ripples through our bodies, creating relaxation and re-balancing, much like the ripples that are created when we throw a stone into water. It's important to note that our Theta brainwave stage (the meditative stage) resonates at the same frequency as Mother Earth. This is why Land and Home healing is essential to keep our frequencies vibrating at their optimum and be the best version of ourselves in Mind, Body, Emotion, and Spirit. The cancellation policy is as follows: - * 1:1 Personal Healing Sessions and telephone consultations for Land and Home Healing) can be cancelled for up to 48 hours. IF CANCELLED WITHIN THESE TIMES 50% of your appointment cost will be charged - THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. REMINDERS WITH FULL ADDRESS DETAILS AND INFORMATION ARE SENT OUT A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE IS DUE * Land and Home Healing (on-site visits) need 2 weeks' cancellation notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. * Workshops and mini retreats (non-refundable 25 % booking deposit) Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the workshop date - 75% refund. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the workshop date - 50% refund. Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the workshop date - 25% refund. * Sound Healing Meditation Groups are non-refundable, however you can gift this to another person to attend in your absence.
