Celtic Wheel of the Year. Across the seasons, we journey through the eight festivals — Imbolc, Spring Equinox, Beltane, Summer Solstice, Lammas, Autumn Equinox, Samhain and Winter Solstice — each offering a natural moment to pause, reflect and notice what is stirring, ripening, changing or ready to be released within our own lives. Each gathering begins slowly, sharing ceremonial cacao or a seasonal herbal tea from The Wild Pharma, alongside my own handcrafted botanical infusions. Through gentle meditation and seasonal divination, we create space to listen inwardly and reconnect with the wisdom of the turning year. As the land awakens, blossoms, bears fruit, lets go and rests, we are invited to recognise those same cycles within ourselves. These gatherings are not about becoming something new, but remembering that we too belong to nature’s rhythms of growth, abundance, change, release and renewal. From there, settle back and allow the rich resonance of Himalayan singing bowls and therapeutic sound to carry you into deep rest. Within the warmth of the yurt, sound becomes a pathway inward — a chance to soften, receive and reconnect, held by community, ceremony and the living landscape around us. The Holistic Haven is a peaceful Mongolian yurt surrounded by countryside and woodland near Hellingly. Whether we gather beside the fire through the darker months or with birdsong and evening light around us in summer, each seasonal sound healing gathering offers a sanctuary from the pace of everyday life. Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling a little more rooted, a little more spacious and a little closer to yourself.
