More than a facial, this is a deeply restorative Ayurvedic ritual for the face, head, neck and shoulders — created to help you slow down, soften tension and leave feeling grounded, rested and renewed. Within Ayurvedic tradition, marma points are understood as vital points where body, mind and prana — life-force energy — meet. They are traditionally associated with the nadis, the subtle pathways through which prana is said to flow. Through slow, rhythmic massage across the scalp, face, ears, neck and shoulders, these points are gently worked as part of a deeply calming and nurturing treatment. Your ritual begins with a cleanse, followed by nourishing facial and scalp massage using a carefully chosen blend of luxurious oils and essential oils from Zephorium Soul Tonics. Ayurvedic massage, natural facelift techniques and gentle facial lymphatic drainage are woven together, with particular attention given to areas where we commonly hold tension — around the jaw, brow, scalp, neck and shoulders. The intention is not simply to care for the skin, but to create space for the whole of you to soften. This is a beautiful treatment when you are craving time to switch off, carrying tension through the face, jaw or shoulders, or simply want a natural facial ritual that goes far beyond conventional skincare. The face can feel refreshed and rested while the whole experience encourages a deeper sense of calm, spaciousness and reconnection. The ritual is completed with immersive sound healing, allowing you to rest even more deeply as the tones and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls gently surround you. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** 1. **1:1 and 2:1 Healing and Training Sessions and Telephone Consultations for Land and Home Healing**: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you are required to make a payment on the day of your session, please honor this cancellation policy. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. **Land and Home Healing (On-Site Visits)**: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 3. **Workshops and Mini-Retreats**: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 4 weeks before the workshop date and, if paid in full, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. 4. **Sound Healing Meditation or Shamanic/Sound Healing Group Sessions**: These sessions, whether taken individually or in combination, are non-refundable. However, you have the option to gift the session to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of this change at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
