Service Description
CULTIVATING ENERGY OF INSPIRATION, COURAGE AND CONFIDENCE with Qigong, Sound Healing Meditation, Bespoke Herbal Teas and Crystal Vibrational Essences. Join us for a mini retreat focused on connecting to Autumn Energy, and cultivating inspiration, courage, and confidence as we welcome the new season. No previous experience is required. Rowana will guide us through Qigong, working with the Metal Energy and Lungs, to release the old and bring in the new. Qigong involves breath, movement, and awareness, using flowing postures that mirror the cycles of nature to release stress and tension held in the body. Elizabeth of Heart and Home Healing will lead a meditation session setting intentions to release the old and welcome the new. You will also experience the soothing sounds of Himalayan Bowls, and Koshi Chimes. Deanna from The Wild Pharma will prepare a bespoke herbal tea to enhance and support your morning. Elizabeth, Rowana and Dee are highly experienced and qualified therapists, teachers and professionals in their chosen fields to bring a wealth of experience to support your healing, nourishment and self-care journey as we start to drop into the Autumn energies. Refreshments and fruit will be offered throughout our morning together.

The cancellation policy is as follows: - * 1:1 Personal Healing Sessions and telephone consultations for Land and Home Healing) can be cancelled for up to 48 hours. IF CANCELLED WITHIN THESE TIMES 50% of your appointment cost will be charged - THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. REMINDERS WITH FULL ADDRESS DETAILS AND INFORMATION ARE SENT OUT A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE IS DUE * Land and Home Healing (on-site visits) need 2 weeks' cancellation notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. * Workshops and mini retreats (non-refundable 25 % booking deposit) Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the workshop date - 75% refund. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the workshop date - 50% refund. Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the workshop date - 25% refund. * Sound Healing Meditation Groups are non-refundable, however you can gift this to another person to attend in your absence.
